The Land rover is a 1983 , A registered with only 62,000 miles .
Ready for spring and summer use and is ideal for when we can all go out to the countryside and take the kids and dogs out on a Sunday afternoon !
The MOT history shows that it has only covered approx 6,000 miles in the last 14 years and the last test in September 2020 shows no advisories.
There is a folder with receipts , old tax discs and spare keys showing the previous owners have cherished the vehicle .
The body work is overall very nice ,straight original with only some small dents on the LH side and it has the original Russet Brown paint (a true classic colour of the time) which is well polished leaving quite thin paint in places giving a nice patinated appearance .The Russet brown paintwork is niceley complemented with the period County stripes and the Limestone coloured wheels .The doors are in very good condition and the door tops have been previously replaced with the Canadian Rocky Mountain all aluminium versions
The front seats are the County cloth type (as later fitment to defenders ) and a seat belt bar has been fitted to allow the inertia seat belts to stay over the driver and passenger shoulders .
It has 205-16 radial tyres fitted and 4 look as if they are almost new .
The land rover drives as well as it looks and performs as it should and after my test drive I have not come back with a list of faults !
The new sand colour canvas soft top has been specially made with large side windows and contrasts the Russet Brown paint and County stripes really well.
